The Placement Process
We are committed to finding and placing the most qualified, experienced candidates with the families we serve. It takes about 3-8 weeks after our initial consultation to place a new hire. Our meticulous placement process ensures that every match is the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.
1. Family Application and Consultation
Submit a family application online and schedule a consultation with our team. During the consultation we will go over in-depth details about you and your family, your needs, and what you are looking for in your ideal childcare/newborn specialist.
After scheduling a consultation pay our non-refundable registration fee of $395.00 via credit card.
We will create a family profile to share with our recruits.
Candidate Selection
After we prescreen qualified candidates based on your preferences, review the profiles of our top three choices. Each profile includes detailed information about their experience and skills.
Set up interviews within 72 hours of being presented candidates. The sooner the better! We don’t want you to lose out on an opportunity hiring your ideal staff.
Interviews
Schedule interviews with your chosen candidates. We provide guidance and sample questions to help you get to know each nanny.
Trial Period
Experience how a candidate fits into your routine with a client-paid trial period. We recommend a minimum of one day, as trials offer you and the candidate an opportunity to learn more about one another and determine if it’s a good fit in person. We’ll work with you to assess and adjust as needed.
Make an Offer
Congratulations, you found a specialist! After choosing your candidate we will create a job offer, finalize contracts, schedules, and confirm working guidelines. Our team will guide you through every detail.
Once your nanny or doula accepts the job offer, we will send you an invoice for our placement fee of $3,500.00.
Ongoing Support
We believe regular check-ins and performance reviews are key to the success of your relationship with your new hire. We help facilitate weekly check-ins the first month followed by monthly check-ins thereafter. We can provide resources to guide these conversations with ease.
We can help provide back-up care if your nanny is sick or is taking time off.
