The Placement Process

We are committed to finding and placing the most qualified, experienced candidates with the families we serve. It takes about 3-8 weeks after our initial consultation to place a new hire. Our meticulous placement process ensures that every match is the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.

1.     Family Application and Consultation

    • Submit a family application online and schedule a consultation with our team. During the consultation we will go over in-depth details about you and your family, your needs, and what you are looking for in your ideal childcare/newborn specialist.

    • After scheduling a consultation pay our non-refundable registration fee of $395.00 via credit card.

    • We will create a family profile to share with our recruits.

  1. Candidate Selection

    • After we prescreen qualified candidates based on your preferences, review the profiles of our top three choices. Each profile includes detailed information about their experience and skills.

    • Set up interviews within 72 hours of being presented candidates. The sooner the better! We don’t want you to lose out on an opportunity hiring your ideal staff.

  2. Interviews

    • Schedule interviews with your chosen candidates. We provide guidance and sample questions to help you get to know each nanny.

  3. Trial Period

    • Experience how a candidate fits into your routine with a client-paid trial period. We recommend a minimum of one day, as trials offer you and the candidate an opportunity to learn more about one another and determine if it’s a good fit in person. We’ll work with you to assess and adjust as needed.

  4. Make an Offer

    • Congratulations, you found a specialist! After choosing your candidate we will create a job offer, finalize contracts, schedules, and confirm working guidelines. Our team will guide you through every detail.

    • Once your nanny or doula accepts the job offer, we will send you an invoice for our placement fee of $3,500.00.

  5. Ongoing Support

    • We believe regular check-ins and performance reviews are key to the success of your relationship with your new hire. We help facilitate weekly check-ins the first month followed by monthly check-ins thereafter. We can provide resources to guide these conversations with ease.

    • We can help provide back-up care if your nanny is sick or is taking time off.
