By partnering with a staffing agency, you entrust experts to identify the best candidate for your family. We take the time to understand your unique needs and preferences, leveraging our expertise to present only those who are an ideal fit. Families frequently highlight the significant time savings, pre-interview preparation, and ongoing pre- and post-placement support we provide as key benefits of working with us. Below are our fees to find and place a nanny, newborn specialist, house manager, or family assistant.
Our Fees Vs. Other Agencies
Many agencies charge a percentage of the staff members annual compensation as their placement fee. These percentages range between 10-25% on salaries between $50,000-$150,000, making placement fees anywhere between $7,000 and $25,000 or more. We offer a competitive placement percentage of 10%. Our registration and search fee is only $395 compared to rates between $500 and $5,000. Nest and Nurture is committed to placing high-quality professionals at a reasonable yet competitive fee.

Nanny Replacement Policy
At Nest and Nurture Nannies, we are committed to ensuring a successful match for your family. If, for any reason, the placement does not work out within the first 90 days, we offer a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Here’s how it works:
Evaluation and Communication
Notify us as soon as you identify any concerns or challenges with the placement. Our team will work with you to address the issue and determine if a replacement is necessary.
Replacement Process
We will restart the matching process to identify a new candidate who better meets your family’s needs. This includes revisiting your requirements and preferences to ensure the next placement is the perfect fit.
Seamless Transition
We’ll support you through the transition process, including scheduling interviews, trial periods, and finalizing the replacement placement.
Please note that the 90-Day Replacement Policy applies only to placements made directly through Nest and Nurture Nannies and excludes termination due to changes in your family’s circumstances, such as relocation or schedule changes. Full details can be found in your placement agreement.
Extended Replacement Policy
Our Extended Replacement Policy expands the standard 3-month nanny replacement coverage to a full 12 months. For a one-time fee of $500, this add-on guarantees a free replacement if your nanny placement doesn’t work out within the first 365 days.
This policy must be purchased at the time of the initial nanny placement. Please note that this non-refundable, serving as a reassurance for potential replacement needs within the 12-month duration.
